The YueYing 5 Pro is both a light and comfortable running shoe for daily running.
The heel counter is well-padded, and the tongue is minimalistic, but with a bit of padding at the top to provide excellent comfort when lacing up the running shoe.

The rest of the upper is light and airy. It is relatively soft but provides a good hold on the foot. There are several reflective details around the shoe, which collectively ensure better visibility when you are out on dark days.
The width of the shoe is average – neither wide nor narrow.

There is a good amount of midsole, and combined with good "rocker" geometry, you get a really comfortable ride, without it becoming too soft and spongy. The midsole is reasonably responsive, and therefore you can easily use these shoes to pick up the pace – whether it's on a long run or a tempo run.

All in all, the Li-Ning YueYing 5 Pro is a versatile running shoe that most runners will be able to use for all their running training. If you are an experienced runner, you will probably use this shoe as a mileage trainer for daily training and long runs.
