DELIVERY

When ordering, your order is typically dispatched within 1–3 business days – often on the same day if ordered before 12 PM. If stringing has been purchased, you should expect dispatch after 2–3 business days.

If anything else applies, it will be clearly stated when ordering the item.

Normal delivery time to Danish addresses is 1–2 business days from the time of dispatch. All orders are sent with GLS. We reserve the right for typographical errors, price changes, and inventory management errors.

Uncollected parcels at parcel shop

If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, you typically have about 7 days to collect the parcel. After this, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. Both an email and an SMS will be sent with information about the delivery location and storage time.

If you do not collect your parcel and it is returned, we will contact you. Please note that an uncollected parcel is not considered a valid cancellation of your purchase. If you wish to have the parcel resent, please contact our customer service. For re-dispatch, you may be charged for the shipping costs.


RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the day you receive the item. You do not need to state a reason. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within the deadline – for example, via email. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Upon return, the item must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received. The purchase price will be refunded to the payment card used no later than 10 days after we have received and approved the return.

You can also refuse to accept the package upon delivery as a form of withdrawal, but please contact us regardless.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Rackets with stringing purchased as an add-on

  • Clothing with printing purchased as an add-on


COMPLAINT

Complaint

We check all items before shipping. Should there still be a fault, please contact customer service at service@li-ning.dk. You will receive a reply within 48 hours (on weekdays).

In case of an approved complaint, the item will be repaired or replaced within 7 days. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receipt. The 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA DURING PURCHASE

Personal Data (GDPR)

When you shop with us or participate in competitions, we process your personal data (name, address, email, telephone, and possibly purchase history) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We store the information securely and do not disclose it without your consent. Credit card information is processed encrypted and is not stored.

You can always request access, modification, or deletion of your data by contacting us at service@li-ning.dk


COMPETITION TERMS

You may only participate once per competition. Participation is not conditional on purchase. You automatically participate by answering correctly or by signing up via email or via our social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

In case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to exclude participants.

If you win:

Winners will be contacted directly via email, and their names will be published on our website. By participating, you accept this publication.

Prizes will be sent within approximately 14 days and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.


PRICES AND DISCOUNTS

We reserve the right to correct any printing or typographical errors in prices and discounts.

For special agreements (e.g., club or company clothing and prize cards), negotiated prices cannot be combined with discount codes or sale offers. Badminton shuttles are generally not included in regular campaigns – but may be discounted when purchased in larger quantities (e.g., several dozen).
