How to Measure Your Foot
If you haven't worn Li-Ning shoes before, we strongly recommend that you measure your foot and choose based on centimeter measurements, as Li-Ning shoes are generally a bit small in size compared to shoes from other brands.

 1. Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall, and possibly secure it with tape so it doesn't slip.

2. Get ready: Stand with your heel against the wall and your foot flat on the paper. Make sure to distribute your weight evenly on both feet.

3. Mark your foot: Ask someone else to help you draw a line at the tip of your big toe.

4. Measure the length: Measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the mark at your big toe.

5. Repeat for both feet: It's completely normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. Use the measurement from the longest foot when choosing a size.

 6. Find your size: Use the measurement and add 0.5 to 1.5 cm (we generally recommend 1 cm) and then find the corresponding size in our size chart. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Good Advice
• Always try on shoes with the socks you would normally wear.
• Remember that feet often swell a bit during the day – measure at the end of the day for the most accurate result.
• Be aware that sizes can vary slightly between different brands and models.
